These Terms govern your use of Fanfluencer.ai and related services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.



1. Our Services

Fanfluencer.ai transforms real customer feedback into AI-powered video ads across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Services include:

  • Review analysis

  • Script generation with scoring

  • Video production

  • Performance optimization



1A. Use of Customer Reviews and Endorsements

By using our services, you confirm and agree that:

  • All reviews used are either sourced from public platforms in accordance with their terms or provided by you directly;

  • If you submit reviews, you have the legal right to use them;

  • If we source reviews for you, you authorize their use in line with FTC and platform policies;

  • Actor or avatar content in videos is clearly labeled as inspired content.



2. Pricing

  • Launch Plan: From $4,950/month (50+ videos)

  • Scale Plan: From $15,800/month (200+ videos)

  • Enterprise Plan: From $24,500/month (500+ videos)
    Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.



3. User Responsibilities

  • Keep login info secure

  • Submit only content you have rights to

  • Don’t submit false or misleading content

  • Don’t use our services for illegal purposes



4. Intellectual Property

  • Our algorithms and tools remain our property

  • You retain rights to your submitted content

  • We grant you a license to use created videos for advertising



5. Service Availability

We strive for reliable service but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We replace underperforming videos per your plan.



6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs all personal data collected and is incorporated into these Terms.



7. Payments

  • Billed monthly in advance

  • Accepted: major credit cards and other methods

  • Overdue accounts may be paused

  • Refunds based on performance guarantees



8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.



9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us for any claims resulting from your content or misuse of our Services.



10. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Breaches may lead to immediate termination. Access and credits are revoked upon termination.



11. Governing Law

These Terms follow U.S. and California law.



12. Changes to Terms

We may modify Terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use = acceptance.

15. FTC Compliance and Honest Endorsements

We follow FTC rules strictly. We do not:

  • Fabricate reviews or endorsements

  • Purchase fake signals (likes, followers)

  • Mislead viewers about sources

All videos:

  • Are based on real feedback

  • Or clearly labeled as dramatizations

You agree not to provide deceptive or inauthentic content. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any such material.
